We want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale accents are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Le Blanc packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
